United Venture Development (Silat) Pte Ltd was incorporated to undertake this development known as Avenue South Residence.
- UOL, in a 50:50 joint venture with UIC, launched the 729-unit The Tre Ver at Potong Pasir in August 2018.
- MEYERHOUSE is a 50:50 joint venture of UOL and Kheng Leong. It is a 56-unit luxury freehold development along Meyer Road.
- The 663-unit Principal Garden located along Prince Charles Crescent is a 70:30 joint venture of UOL with Kheng Leong. The project received TOP in December 2018.
